How to copy eContent from this website to the Manager Machine.
Run this on the Manager machine....
1) Download this Zip file, (453K files changed between 1/March/2007 and 12/April/2007)
1a) OR this Zip file, (5.67Mb all files up to 12/April/2007)
When it says "Open or Save" take the "Open" option.

2) Double click into the "UpdateLJ" or "UpdateLJ_xx-xx-xxxx" folder.
Copy everything (control A  Control C) - There should be 2 folders and 1 batch file.
Minimise - Don't Close the zip file window.


3) Go to the  /C:/LJCAI/MANUALS/HTML  folder.                                                                                    ( )
Paste the copied folders and batch file (control V) - It will ask you if you want to overwrite - say yes.
This unzips and updates the manager's pages, (copying but not installing the latest template)
(The files/ folders you copied will be highlighted)
Double click on the "Copy_M2751002_to_Workstations.bat" Batch file

5) Use the default user (lj2) - press return

6) Enter the lj2 password.

7) When it all stops it should print a list of workstations that failed.


How to Update the  Question templates in Classact Manager:
Run Class Act Manager
Take the Tools button at the top, and use the Data safe -> restore option.

Right-click on the read disk Icon to set the drive to (C:\) and Navigate to C:\LJCAI\MANUALS\HTML\Templates
 until you see a file of the form "12040700.md~" appear.
Highlight "12040700.md~" and press OK.
Then select the module(s) to be restored (New Flowol Module), then restore.
